Hi folks,

Just wanted to notify you all that Mercury closed our account.  This is because they were doing some changes on their backend (switching custodial banks) and needed us to re-do KYC, but they were unable to explain what we actually need to provide.  Given that we have not been using that account, I didn't feel it was worth investing my, Jose, or the board's time into figuring out the paperwork by trial and error.  If we do need an account with them in the future, we can always open a new one, and probably their sales department will be more useful than their compliance department.

Best regards,

Ryan

Makes sense if we're not using that account. For what its worth though, the switch-over is quite simple, and took me < 5 minutes to do this for Scarf.

There is a migration tool in their webapp once signed in.

Best,
Avi

Also took me 5 minutes for Obsidian.  But for HF they wanted a whole lot more stuff, and none of it was the proper stuff for a non-profit.
