Bandquet!

Good morning!  Thank you for a gorgeous evening of family music making last night!

In an effort to limit confusion between barbecue dinner events, I have waited until this morning to send out Bandquet information.  The BOB event had a lot of moving parts and with the events now so close to each other, it is just not practical.  

Our annual Band-quet will be Tuesday, May 9.  It will begin at 6 p.m. in the Cafeteria with Dinner.  While we are not on a strict schedule, dinner usually lasts an hour and then we move to the auditorium for the presentation of awards.  

All current band members who have full membership status and are in good financial standing are invited to attend the 2023 Band Banquet. Band members' meals are provided free of charge, but must be reserved by filling out this registration form. Tickets will not be sold at the door and students will not be able to eat if they do not RSVP before the deadline which is Monday morning at 9:00 a.m.

Meals are being catered by Country's Barbecue. Each additional guest plate is $25. Each meal includes choice of chicken or pork, potato salad, Brunswick stew, coleslaw, pickles, onions, and bread. Dessert choices include Banana Pudding or Chess Pie.  Tea will be served.

Please be reminded that students who plan to eat MUST complete this form or they will NOT eat.

I cannot stress enough that this is a hard deadline and that extras will not be ordered.  

Attire for the event is dressy. Traditionally, the kids re-wear their prom attire.  It’s been a chance to wear the expensive dress or suit one more time.
