This week, we are distributing final financial balance statements for band.
On April 28, we will be closing the SBBM financial management system for student fees and placing holds on outstanding fee balances. After April 28, you will not be able to access your ledger sheets, only a final PDF file on hold with the office and athletic secretary.
Not all statements have been distributed, yet, as not all students are in my classes.
To access your student's ledger to check your balance your student will need to (or you will need your students log in information to):
1. Log in to google using your Harris County Schools username and password.
2. Open Google Drive.
3. Search for “Band Balance” in the search box.
If you cannot locate your balance sheet, please contact Mrs. Carlsen.
To Make Payments
Checks and money orders should be made out to Harris County High School Bands. Payments
should be placed in a money envelope and turned into the box in the band office.
Online payments are preferred and are processed the fastest. They can be made on our website,
harriscountybands.com. (click payments in the navigation)

**I know some of you want to know if you can pay registration fee for next year. Right now - NO. My replacement hasn't been hired yet and we do not have a registration/payment process in place for next year. As soon as we have info, I promise we will distribute it for a smooth transition. For now, use the pre-registration form we sent out to make sure you are contacted for information updates. The incoming director will have to help establish the budget and thus cost for the coming year, etc. including audition info, dates, etc.
We have all of our dominoes in place so that as soon as we have a director, everything should fall into place within a couple of days. DON'T WORRY. I GOT YOU. :)
