Parent meeting and other important information

Hello parents and students!

First, Time is running out,  it's your last chance to register for 2023-24 HCHS Marching band.  You can register at https://www.harriscountybands.com using the preregistration link to sign up. We are up to 92 marchers so far!! If you have already registered, you should be getting information via email this week!

Also, The High Note Club will be having our 1st Band Booster club meeting on 6/15 @630p in the HCHS Cafeteria  Plan to come out to learn all we have planned for our 2023-24 HCHS Marching Band this season.  We will be voting on officers, looking to fill committee positions, reviewing fundraising opportunities to assist with costs, discussing Booster club roles, and SOTCI - Our hosted Contest discussion.

Lastly, with 92 members,  we need as many parents to assist where possible. The success of this group is contingent on all of us working together. Please consider one of the following committees to join and sign up at the meeting:

Chaperone-Away games, competitions, trips

Equipment loading/Pit Crew/Prop design
Car wash/Fundraising

Concession Stands

Meal prep and serving

Social Media and Marketing

Uniforms-Fittings, Dry Cleaning, Alterations
