Hey all,

It is becoming difficult to maintain 13-STABLE now that we have had
14-STABLE for a number of months. I plan to demote 13-STABLE to
community support no later than the end of October.

If you build products or solutions based on HardenedBSD 13-STABLE,
please migrate towards 14-STABLE or (even better) 15-CURRENT.
