HEADS UP: Potentially late quarterly branch creation

Hey all,

In preparing to create the next quarterly branch, I experienced a
critical issue with the installation media I generated locally earlier
today.

I'm investigating the issue now. I will not create the quarterly
branches until the issue is fixed. I suspect it's an issue with recent
pkgbase work with the installer.

I'll keep everyone informed.

Figured it out. Fix is in for 16-current. Need to determine
applicability to 15-stable. I plan to create the quarterly branches
tomorrow should 15-stable testing prove successful.
