Several errors with ssh: error: Fssh_kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

HI all,
After updating my HardenedBSD virtual machines to
hbsd-v1300063-13151f38590e4f7fa0a0d5df93594efebafa410f I am seeing a lot
of errors like this:
Sep 8 16:50:24 hbsdfw01 sshd[22941]: error:
Fssh_kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
Maybe is it a bug related to
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=264600?
