HEADS UP: Network Maintenance

Hey all,

The AI scrapers are hitting our GitLab instance enough as to cause
service disruptions. I am looking at deploying Anubis. Access to the
following services may be periodically interrupted:

1. GitLab (https://git.hardenedbsd.org/)
2. Installation media (https://installers.hardenedbsd.org/)
3. Radicle (https://radicle.hardenedbsd.org/)

I will keep everyone informed. I suspect that this will be a learning
opportunity, wherein access to certain things may be interrupted and I
learn about it from input from the community.

I may need to add exceptions to Anubis, but might not know that I need
to add the exception. Once I send out the "I've deployed Anubis"
email, I would be very interested in hearing about issues accessing
our infrastructure.

Please be patient. I've tried to put off doing this for as long as
possible. I really dislike inconveniencing anyone who might already
feel inconvenienced.
