HardenedBSD 15-STABLE Kernel Panic - Resolved

Hey all,

I have determined the root cause of the 15-STABLE kernel panic and
have pushed a fix[1]. I've cherry-picked that commit to the 15-STABLE
quarterly branch and have started a build. The build should complete
tomorrow morning.
