Children's Gasparilla Parade

Howdy,

The Tampa EOC will be running a Net for the Children's Gasparilla Parade
beginning some time in the early afternoon this Saturday, January 24th,
and finish after the parade, possibly after the fireworks, under EOC
direction.

The Parade runs from 4pm until about 6:15pm, with some activities both
before and after the parade.

If you may be attending or anywhere in the area (southern and western
downtown and the Bayshore area), please carry your radio with you.  As
you've often heard, "if you see something, say something", either by
calling 911 or calling it in on the Tampa EOC Net.  You are welcome to
check in on the Net, but not required.  We don't expect anything bad to
happen, but it's always great to have more eyes out there, ready to
report it, the sooner the better.
