2026 Brandon July 4th Parade - needs Ham volunteers

Howdy,
Again this year, Brandon is holding their 4th of July Parade, and BARS
and fellow volunteers are assisting. Jim Moorehead of BARS is
requesting more Ham volunteers. His announcement, with full details,
schedule, map, and contact info, is at: https://rj7.us/temp
Except for the one traffic monitor he needs, the Ham volunteers are
called Division volunteers - they are assigned a division of the float
line up, where the floats and parade groups gather in line before the
parade starts. You will assist the floats and groups in finding their
assigned spot. Jim will schedule you for an orientation session prior
to the parade day. By the way, it's only for a few morning hours, but
you will be doing a considerable amount of walking!
