Due to an issue with what I think is the PL generator or its programming on the 105 system, I have turned off the PL on the transmitter output until I figure out what is causing the hanging of the transmitter after key up.

It apears that the PL generator pulses on and off causing the repeater to "hang" and key up/key down repeatedly for a random amount of times after the receiver COR drops.

My modification causes the transmitter to NOT inject any PL/CTCSS/TONE, so until we get this fixed, PLEASE TURN OFF CTCSS RECEIVE ON YOUR RADIOS. 

IMPORTANT!!! If you do not turn off CTCSS (aka "PL" or "TONE") on your receiver, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HEAR THE REPEATER... It will still hear you, and it will still "repeate" your transmission, but you will not hear anybody that answers you on your receiver as your radio will mute the output because the repeater is not transmitting a PL tone.

I will let you know when this is fixed so that you can turn your CTCSS back on your receiver.  If you DO NOT use the CTCSS/PL feature on your receiver, then you do not need to do anything, and everything will work the same as it used to before this change.
