Lightsaber Building Signup
saber1.jpg
Hacksburg is again partnering with the Lightsaber Club at Virginia Tech to build lightsabers this semester. Everyone who buys our hand-selected kit will receive the materials to make an awesome, movie set quality lightsaber that lights up, has sound effects, and is durable enough to actually engage in lightsaber battles! The body of the lightsaber starts out as raw aluminum tubing and you will machine it on the lathe. A small amount of soldering and wiring attaches the electronics to the 3D printed frame. If you would like to make a lightsaber this semester, please sign up here: https://hb.gy/saber2022 . Signups and payment are due by October 7!
