     Hacksburg has the following upcoming events for April and May:

Sunday, April 30 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM: Resin Printing

Normal filament-based 3D printers are capable of making an incredible array of parts, but for high-detail miniatures our new resin printer is capable of over 10x the resolution. Learn how to use the Hacksburg resin printer, what parts work best, and how these machines differ from filament-based printers. Ages 14+. $5 class fee for non-members. RSVP at https://hb.gy/Q0ixQ .

Sunday, May 7 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM: Intro to Radio

In this class, attendees will build radios in groups while learning the basics of how sound is transmitted using electromagnetic waves. Digital data transmission (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc) will be surveyed with enough information to ignite future learning. Sunday, May 21 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM: Modifying CAD (new!)

There is an incredible variety of 3D models available online for 3D printers. But what if you need to change something about a model to suit your needs? In this class, learn how to use basic and advanced techniques for modifying 3D printer files. Ages 14+. $5 class fee. RSVP at https://hb.gy/jiQKQ .

Hacksburg is a community makerspace located at 1872 Pratt Drive, Suite 1620. Come to the back of the building. Open meetings for the public are every Tuesday at 7:30PM.
