FedEx Contest Write-Up

     This is a contest I heard about from Nation of Makers where we can win up to $50k from FedEx:

If someone wants to work on the write-up, the board will happily do the rest of the legwork to submit it. Make sure to mention our work on COVID PPE, I can give statistics as needed. Due March 6. It would be great if we could submit! Even if we don't win, we will have a write-up we can submit elsewhere.

Thought I would try my hand at least a partial draft

#2 says: Non-profits are not eligible to enter the contest. Please refer
to the eligibility section of the Contest Rules for more information.

Now I agree that having write-ups is very useful, in fact I hope we have
a digital archive of past write-ups, publicity announcements etc
somewhere so we can cut an paste easily to create future documents.
Maybe some content somewhere on the wiki and other more sensitive
content on optical disks (multiple disks) since they are more archival
than USB drives, (nothing wrong in having USB also).
If someone were to create a directory or a master optical disk (DVD
probably) I would be happy to create multiple copies such as one for
each board members and officers.
