What sort of speeds does Lightburn predict, what are you getting in practice, and what are you seeing online from people with comparable hardware?
Hacksburg's main laser is an 80 W CO2 (IR), and based on recent tests I'm finding that in practice it takes about 15% longer to run a job than Lightburn estimates. We currently get speeds of about 55 mm / sec to cut 1/8" basswood, and for super-lightweight material like thin felt or paper can cut at up to 300 mm / sec. As a very rough estimate, I'd assume you'd get speeds of roughly 3.5 / 80 that (1/23x), although I'm guessing in that power range you've probably got one of those deep blue / near UV LEDs, which will have different material interactions.
