chimney duct Fabrication help

Hi All, 

I would like to customize a vent duct as in the picture below. Does anyone know how to cut the plate? Or any shop can do this kind of work?

Almost any HVAC shop has the tools to design and fabricate custom parts. They aren't that hard to design in something like Fusion 360 (Sheet Metal patterns), but that particular one looks like 2 separate parts seem welded/tapped at the flange.

You might ask at the HVAC supply in Christiansburg, on the other hand
they might not talk to you if you don't have a HVAC license and are
just a consumer.
