Help with 3D Printing/Scanning and Molded plastics

Anyone, please help.

I collect old remote control cars that I never had the money to acquire as a kid.

Particularly, I like the old Monogram kits that had a very limited run, therefore, parts are rarely available.

I need to find a way to get a new body for the Tornado model:  (Picture 1; Blue Car that has a body next to another car that does not)

It is a thicker/plastic/injection molded body that can be 3d scanned and printed.

I also need a new body for the Bandai/MRC Brushfire:  (Picture 2; the red one)

It is a Lexan molded body like newer kits which is molded.

Any help or leads to where I can get these projects up and running is supremely appreciated!!
