Fall Robot Combat Tournament

The next Robot combat Tournament is on Sat Oct 10. Please reply if you are able to be there to help run the event. To make things go smoothly we would like to have volunteers to sign teams in and run the bracket, 2 box wardens to help load and unload the arena, a judge, and someone operating the live stream at a minimum. the more help the better. Please be able to be there by 9am so we can get everything rolling.

As of right now we have all 16 spots filled. I will keep a list of any one else that contacts me to sign up to keep as alternates or if we choose to to add more spaces.

We discussed setting up the box in the band room and using the main room as the pit area. Any more thoughts for or against that? 

We have both itgresa and fingertech returning as sponsors. Since we only have a single weight class this time, I am thinking of splitting each sponsor's prize value at 50% for 1st, 30% for second and the final 20% for sportsmanship/ young gun prizes.

The robot tournament is coming up in about a week. It is being held on Saturday, October 10th. Let me know if you're available to help volunteer in one of the positions. 

Also, this week on Thursday we plan on setting up the battle box. Please take some time If you're around the space to help clean up The workbenches and the band room, we will definitely need all the room since we have all 16 slots filled for the tournament.
