admins for Wiki

Here is the list of Wiki admins:

Out of 13, only two are paying HacDC members, with ITG the most
active. So maybe the admin list can be overhauled as well?

Oops, I wasn't counting NickS aka nma...@gmail.com - sorry! So three
paying, two active members out of 13 admins.
