A neat demo and excercise in workarounds but not 'good' nor scaleable Carbon nanotubes were more impressive in 1991 than now, when we have 7nm and 5nm silicon in production and 3nm planned.

That 5GHz RISC-V chip may get some competition:
but note that FD-SOI is not as dense or fast as finFETs (but can use less power to start with since it can operate at lower voltage)
