Hi all –

I decided to upgrade 3d printers and have a Ender 3 Pro in need of a good home and a bit of love.

Bought it as a pandemic splurge, didn't realize that 3d printing would actually be a useful household device. However, while the Ender printers are very good, they also require attention and upgrades to get things consistently right. And, I just don't have the patience for that anymore.

The big cavaet is that it needs a new thermistor, maybe a new hotend – had an issue with bed adhesion turn the hotend into a big ball of plastic. Those aren't all that costly or hard, and there are plenty of youtube tutorials, but need to get fixed for it to work.

I really like this little thing, so I'd rather it find a good home rather than put onto marketplace or ebay.

I’ll ask around but personally have too many printers already.  I would probably ask some local schools also.

Already own this printer so I don't have a need, but I'll put in a vote for whoever gets it investing in the Ender Sprite direct drive when they replace the hotend--it was a big, big upgrade to my rig!

I'd be happy to give it a home and try to get it working again if it is still available. I am hoping to get into 3d printing this year.
