I use the GW CMS to view / manage the GW78 series. I just installed 2 NVR's and they will not connect. CMS says unable to connect.

The ones I have connected now are GW7816NP with firmware 2020-11-11

The ones I am trying to add are GW7816ENP with firmware 2021-11-17

I have verified the medio port is correct and the username/password is correct as well.
