Hi,

I've submitted all requested info to GW support, but because that can be a very lengthy process, just curious if anyone here can help me out?

GW Security validates your information and then sends you a master password for your model.

There is no way to "reset" the password(s). You need to use the MASTER password to access things and change them.

Be sure you write them down afterwards and keep them someplace safe!
