Remote App Help

I have GW-NVR3208E running v3.4.0 firmware (never could get upgrade.bin to work due to checksum error) Been using RealView Pro app for a long while w/o incident (manual setup using ip and port). Then my phone died and I upgraded to an iPhone 12, running ios v14.3.

I can no longer use the RealView Pro app.  I get errors like: "App no longer available in App Store" or "Not supported in your region"

System less than 2 years old! Purchased in Jan 2019

Please help!

 I may have a solution to your problem. I use the MEye app on my android phone and it works fine. It may be available for your iPhone. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem, how do you solve it? I have tried a lot of apps but no of the worked...

After a lot of work, I finally got the resolution to this.  As "Joe Fon" indicated, MEye app does work; however, I didn't really like this app.  I contacted GW Security and they have an alternative app to replace Realview Pro, it's called "BCS View".  If you get that app, and then click "About", there is a place to "Log In".  Log in using your old Realview Pro credentials, and then your devices will auto-populate.  Worked like a charm for me.
