GW Website Incorrect On Update Resulting in Bricked NVR GW5508NPG

The current website as of 5:04PM EST 11/30/2024 shows that the 500IP Series camera as compatible with upgrading the firmware.

Due to that I followed the instructions upgrading my GW5508NPG to the transitional software and higher and it no longer is able to detect my POE Cameras.

The Device ID has changed from GW5508NPG to N5708 as well.

What's shown on their website and what's shown on their google drive readme are different. One is updated the other is not. Following the websites results in a bricked NVR.

Will be following up with tech support once they open on Monday to get this resolved.
