face recognition setup

I have found no pdf or instructions on face recognition setup in the user manual. i can find face detection but nothing on recognition or it's databases on the web site.
Please advise where to find this info as the customer is refusing to pay until it is working.

Select Download Manual to be connected to documentation on Google Drive.
Search "Face" and you should find "GW42.PDF". In that document search "Face Detection" for an overview.
In the Google Drive, go to GW Manuals / Access control, and you should find another PDF calle: "Smart Face Recognition Device Detailed User Manual"
