Problem with GW5508NPG NVR running four GW8550RMMIC cameras.

The video will jump backwards about 10 seconds and then replay that segment every so often. I have tried resetting the system to it's default state with no success. I also checked the last firmware update for this NVR but it was released in 2018 and I purchased this NVR in 2021. The software version is V8.1.0-20201117. Also from time to time video playback will pixelate horribly and It will distort the image and then return to normal. Although that hasn't happened in a while. I'm more interested in fixing the video from jumping backwards and replaying because it looks like the video has been tampered with when it does that.

Is there new firmware for this NVR or new firmware for these cameras?

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
