Does anyone use GWCAMVIEW app?

I can't get it to do anything. It flips me (-23 not used) when I try to manually add a camera. When I try to get it to scan, it says failed. quite frustrating.

What's the DVR/NVR model or the the camera model you are trying to add?

The app for this NVR should be RealView Pro instead of GWCAMView.

Please try using the Realview Pro app to scan the QR code and see if that works for you.

I have RealViewPro working. I also downloaded these apps suggested by GWSecurity:

GWCAMVIEW
GW APP
Ivview Pro
RealView Cloud 

Do I need any of them for remote viewing? We travel six months of the year.
