GW5516NPN - Username/password doesn't work on remote access via web browser, but works fine when logging in directly on NVR.

I know the username and password for the NVR and can confirm it works and I am able to log into the NVR directly.

But when I try to view the NVR from a web browser it rejects the username/password.

I even created a second user account to test with, and it also rejects that username/password.

This system has been working for years and suddenly is doing this now.

Help!
