Dr. Jillandra “Jill” Rovaris is a distinguished psychologist, educator, and leader with nearly four decades of experience in health and counseling. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has dedicated her career to advancing mental health, wellness, and educational equity across diverse communities.
