An Uber Survey

Hello, everyone.

I received an email stating I’d been selected to take a survey to share my opinions on Uber Rides and Uber Eats.

I took the survey. As you might expect, Uber Eats got high marks. Uber Rides did not.

Each time it asked me to explain why I did not use some portion of the Uber Rides I wrote the following.

I am a totally blind guide dog user and Uber continues to deny rides even though the website claims the drivers are trained not to do so and it is a blatant disregard for the law. until this changes and drivers are truly held accountable and you do more than show a video to them and have them sign a form saying they understand it's the law I will not be riding with Uber and I'm advising my fellow guide dog users to do likewise. It is absolutely not_ acceptable.

I think I pasted that in about 4 times.

It took about 5 minutes and it was fully accessible. So, if you end up being selected please fill it out.

Now, before I go back into my crate, let me state quite clearly and for the record, I realize there are those who must use Uber and I totally support you.

However, as long as I’ve a choice, I won’t use them.
