Dear GDUI Members,
Below please find the information you will need for affiliate voting through GDUI.
The GDUI delegate is Penny Reeder.
The GDUI alternate delegate is Dixie Sanderson
You will have an opportunity to let them know how you would like our affiliate votes to be cast for any record voting that takes place during the 2025
convention.
At the conclusion of Friday night’s zoom session when the proposed Constitution and Bylaw amendments and any resolutions are concluded you have until the
following Monday afternoon, June 30, beginning at 2:00 PM Eastern Time and ending at 6:00 PM, ET, to send us your affiliate vote.
Submit your vote to:
Be sure to clearly indicate your name, the item you are voting on and what your vote is for.
Votes for any contested elections will follow the same schedule as for your individual voting.

• Monday, July 7th 2:00 – 6:00 PM Eastern time: first contested election.
• Tuesday, July 8th 2:00 – 6:00 PM Eastern Time: Second contested election.
• Wednesday, July 9th 2:00 – 6:00 PM Eastern Time: Third contested election
• Thursday, July 10th during general session: Fourth contested election
