Mudthaw - Final Reminder!! If you have pre-regged and not yet paid your invoice, the invoice must be paid by 11:59pm tonight. Any invoice not paid by then will be cancelled first thing Friday morning and you will then need to pay by check or cash at the GATE on Saturday. A Few announcements:

Due to the Forecast of 90% chance of rain. These are the current plans:

1. Archery is cancelled
2. Fencing will be moved indoors to the gym. Any help breaking down court and setting up lists and then breaking down lists and setting up court would be greatly appreciated, please help keep us on schedule by pitching in if you can! Fencing has a SHARP cutoff of registering with the MOL by 11AM. Also please remember to wear shoes with unmarking soles (no period leather/hard soles).
3. Since Archery is cancelled, the grassy area we were going to use for it can be used for pop ups/pavilions if Heavy Fighters wish to bring them to stay out of the weather between fights.

Please see the map for where things will be located. Do not forget that all fighters, fencers and youth fighters will need to check-in at GATE and request a Fighter card which you then will provide to the MOL at check-in there.
