The Mud is beginning to thaw! Mudthaw XLIII is swiftly approaching!

Mudthaw is less than a month away!  We have 2 deadlines fast approaching. 

1) Pre-registration WITH Dayboard - You must register by next Tuesday, March 12, that is ONE week from today if you wish to purchase Dayboard.  Dayboard will not be available for purchase day of or after March 12. 

2) Pre-registration WITHOUT Dayboard - You may continue to register without dayboard until March 19.  That is TWO weeks away.  

Pre-registration is a 3 step process:

1) Fill out the registration survey https://surveys.eastkingdom.org/index.php/448487?lang=en

2) Wait for the invoice to come by email within 24 hours 

3) Pay the invoice.  You must pay your invoice by March 21st at midnight, all unpaid registrations will be canceled on March 22nd and you will then need to pay at the door. 

FIGHTERS - We have a new procedure for this Mudthaw. ALL (yes youth included) fighters must first check in with the GATE and tell them you are fighting so you can receive a fighter card. You must give this card to the MOL at the check-in for the List; you may not check in at the List until you have first checked in at the Gate. You may have a friend or family check you in (as long as you do not need to sign a waiver) but they will need to bring you the card before you will be allowed to check in at the LIST. Please arrive with plenty of time to check in at both places. GATE opens at 9am, List check-in opens at 9:30am. GATE is at the front of the building. Lists and fighting at the back. There will be a walkable (not driveable) opening in the gate between the parking lot and the fighting parking lot so that you may more easily drop off your fighting gear.
