Has anyone had experience with the screen reader accommodation for the online PreACT not working? We (WLA) had our PreACT testing today and the screen reader did not work for any of the kids who were assigned that accommodation.

I called our contact with WI DPI, had to leave a message, and have yet to get anything back. A colleague, also called ACT, since we had to cancel the accommodated testing, and ACT said it was something software related. The problem is, that there is no documentation in regards to the screen reader accommodation in the PreACT Secure Technical Guide nor from any other source on ACT's website that I could find.

This is my first ever experience with something like this (as I just graduated from MLC) so any help/insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Update: Problem has been solved! Huge thanks to Mr. Joshua Schoeneck (KML) for helping me.

Turns out that the screen reader accommodation just allows for an approved 3rd party software to work within the TestNav environment... and is not a built in software like my colleagues and I thought. Here is a link to a TestNav page about the accommodations that Mr. Schoeneck gave me: TestNav Link. I'm going to try and contact ACT about getting at least a short section about the accommodations in their Technical Guide documents so that others don't have to go through the same rigmarole.
