3-5 Yr Tech Planning

Greetings,

I am looking for some examples of WELS school 3-5 year tech plans to provide as discussion and learning material for a group of aspiring technology administrators. As part of their assignment, the students were to come up with examples and had a tough time doing that. I'm sure there are some examples out there. If you are willing to share for learning's sake, please send a sample or better yet, link me to a site containing your plan. It really does not have to be current. My examples are past plans written by me much earlier. Looking for format and content. Thanks for any help you might provide.

My second thought is a question: is it harder for schools to do a long-range plan as the fluidity of tech seems to increase dynamically? Maybe you can relate to the question. Do we need to go another way with the traditional planning? Again, all related to learning and sharing.
