I am wondering if CLS or maybe the Synod has a technical guidance document on proper use of communications like texting and email with regards to Parent/Teacher relations or other communications between ministerial staff and members. I would like to be able to share some materials to help educate older staff who may not be quite a skilled with proper use of email/text when dealing with parents or members.
