Emergency v1.57.3 release

We have an emergency v1.57.3 private release for you to install on your mainnet node today. This release contains a fix that improves the bytecode verifier to exit early on specific types of verification errors. The protocol version in this release is 97, which could be applied as early as tomorrow at epoch change if 83.4% of validators by stake have upgraded.
