mainnet v1.46.2 release

The next Sui v1.46.2 upgrade for mainnet is now available. This release includes a private fix for an issue effecting fullnodes and validators. Changes will be made public once applied to mainnet after an epoch change tomorrow. The protocol version in this release is 80 that could be applied as early as tomorrow at epoch change if 83.4% of validators by stake have upgraded. Thank you!

v1.46.2 was not an official release. So, you are ok running the private release binary as indicated in this email. You can also upgrade to v1.46.3, basically identical source code for the private binary, but now it has landed publicly.
