Release of SLDR and Langtags

We are pleased to announce that the most recent updates to the SLDR and Langtags are now available.

We would also like to announce a shorter cycle for the next release. Assuming all goes well (easier said than done), we'd like to have another release in March to update how we handle fallbacks and new data from the Ethnologue release in late February. We will announce that and offer the freeze period to test the data as usual, but due to the shorter cycle, we wanted to put that out there in advance. 

Thank you to everyone who took the time to test these staged changes over the last two weeks. If something still does not work as expected, please let us know using the community site at https://community.software.sil.org/c/writing-systems/ or the sldr_updates channel on the SIL Language Technology Slack.
