Update on current STEM activities

1. Curriculum Night on Thursday

Ms. Miller and Ms. Foley will be in the library during Curriculum Night to talk about the STEM initiative at our school and how parents can get involved. Stop by to find out more if you have time.

2. STEM day on Friday

The first STEM club day of this school year is this Friday. All students in all grade levels will be participating in various STEM activities throughout the day. Be sure to ask your child about it.

3. Science Lab on September 9th

Ms. Stein, Ms. Durant, Jenny Coursey, Karen Weller, and other parents are going to clean out and reorganize the Science and STEM labs on September 9th beginning at 3pm. Feel free to drop by to help out with this important task.

4. STEM committee meeting last Wednesday

The first STEM committee meeting of the school year was held last Wednesday. Both teachers and parents were present to discuss the schedule of activities for the year. Visit the google group page to see a post from Dave Barker with more information about it.

5. Get the word out to others
