--Hello Parents,
This year's Sagamore Hills Elementary School Family STEM Night will be held on Thursday, February 9th from 6pm to 7:30pm. This free school-wide extravaganza of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics fun is one of the highlights of the kids' year! If you are a past presenter and would like to participate again, please let me know ASAP. If you have a great idea for a new experiment you would like to lead, let me know that too.
For anyone who has not attended before, this event takes an army to pull off - most families have one parent participate while the other takes their kids around to the different stations. Last year there were almost twenty different activities for our Kindergarten through 5th grade scientists to explore!
We already have ideas for a few stations - descriptions are below. We need at least several leaders for each. Please email me directly if you are interested and specify your preference for a station (if you have one).
Thanks for volunteering to make this another great event for the kids!
