PTA meeting 5/5

Hi all here is the link to the agenda for the 5/5 meeting at 6pm. It sounds like we will have a few prospects for the open positions joining us to learn a bit more about PTA before they make a final decision. 

Please add your items to the agenda before the meeting and if you cannot attend be sure to let me know anything you have to share with the group. This is our last official business meeting before the end of the year. 

Please note we will need to have 1 quick 15-20min meeting to vote in new members likely 5/11 because we have other school things going on the rest of that week, we will discuss at the end of the 5/5 meeting and pick a date to vote in the new members. 

We will also discuss our in person meeting/celebration and when we want to do that. 

Lastly we will pick a date for our first meeting going into next fall to make sure we are all ready for fall Open House.
