Based on the doodle feedback we're planning our next meeting for July 20th at 5:30. We'll meet in person for those who can come at the Beach Club Clubhouse.  If others cannot make it and want to attend via zoom let us know and we'll make sure we've got a link and a good setup to make that work. 

The focus of this meeting will be planning for Open House, but we will also have some other agenda items we need to cover just to get this new group up and rolling. I am anticipating this meeting may be a little longer than our last, so if you're able, plan for at least 90 minutes. 

Blair and I will bring some munchies and wine but please feel free to bring anything you'd like for yourself or the group.  We're looking forward to it!

Additionally, we sent out PTA emails to the new folks who didnt have those yet. Please let us know if you still need access to your PTA email. Note that some of the PTA volunteer roles do not have dedicated emails, such as international night coordinator, room parent coordinators, and a couple of others. 

Finally, I'm sending these emails to personal emails at this point to ensure folks are seeing them but if you prefer us sending to your PTA email if applicable, just let us know.
