Notes from Ms. Patterson

Ms. Patterson had some information she wanted to pass on to tomorrow's grounds volunteers.  She'll join this discussion group soon so that next time she can explain these things herself.

• Ms. Patterson and Coach have weed killed a bunch of weeds, and although they're turning brown, they should be dug up, especially before mulch covers them
• The depressions at the end of the slides should be filled in with material before mulching and ideally mats like those bellow the swings should be placed there to reduce future rain puddling
• Grass growing over the edges of the track should be removed
• Weeds should be removed from the fencing surrounding equipment next to the gym
• Coach has mulch retaining trim that can be installed to surround the playground on the playground side of the benches
