Leadership Attributes Survey from Dekalb County Schools

Hi Sagamore Families,

You should have received an email yesterday asking you to fill out a leadership attribute survey. This survey is used to determine the criteria and interview questions for the search for the new Principal for Sagamore Hills Elementary. This is your opportunity to voice your opinion on the attributes and leadership skills that you feel are important for the new leadership of our school community. The survey will close May 8th. The Principal Selection Process is established and managed by the Dekalb County School District. The local Principal Advisory Council for Sagamore Hills Elementary serves a role as part of the selection process which is outlined in the PAC By-Laws in Appendix E starting on page 23 PAC By-Laws Link
