Fundraiser help needed

Dear Garden Club Parents and Staff,

We will be sending out order forms this Thursday to sell t-shirts to raise money for the STEM Garden Club.  I am in need of a volunteer that is willing to collect the money and orders.  If you would be able to help, please email me.  I could also use some help copying the order forms and putting them in the teachers' mailboxes for this week's Thursday care packets.

Am I correct in thinking that folks need to send money in with the orders? If no money, no order?!? If so, and it's more that I'd be just tallying numbers and passing checks/cash to someone for deposit, I can help. 

Of course, if someone else volunteers, that's cool too! 😉
