Foundation process status

Remember, the go-to place for foundation scoop can be the Sagamore Hills Elementary School PTA website; either use the search there for "foundation", go to sagamorehillspta.org/foundation , or Google it.

I've started documenting my findings on a wiki I host that anyone can update.  Sleuthing the documents I have access to, I got a glimpse a foundation's history:

1. August 2010, foundation talk starts in a Sagamore Hills School Council meeting, asking, "What about a foundation to help with some funding we’ve lost ie for teachers or para pros?"
2. October 2010, Tscharner Dickerson steps up to "set up meetings"
3. April 2011 ends with, "Tscharner got on Nancy Jester’s calendar to discuss Foundation with School Council and interested parents- lots of interest.."
4. April 2012, John Lenz suggests a Sagamore Hills Technology Foundation to the School Council
5. March 2014, PTA Co-President Jen Ranero speaks at a PTA Board meeting about a foundation
6. Now, Lara Baldwin suggests we try again! ☺
