Prior Foundation meeting and promoting the next

• Where will the next meeting take place?
• To advertise the Thu May 4 Foundation meeting, I'll:
  
• Add to the PTA Calendar
• Run a blurb in the PTA Announcements Sunday email the week prior. I'll run the copy by you guys first.
• Did y'all want wider promotion that that? (eg Facebook)

We had our last meeting on March 23.  It was a constructive hour.  

We have our first annual foundation meeting on Thursday, May 4 at 7:00 pm.  This is a "mandatory" meeting in the sense we told the IRS we would hold an annual meeting on the first Thursday of May.  

We should all plan to attend this meeting.  It will be more formal than the others as we've got some official "foundational" things to accomplish.  Get it?!

Anyway, I think we should cast a wider invitation for this meeting so as to generate some real interest and help.  If anyone disagrees, speak now or forever hold your peace.  How should we broadcast?  Dave, is that something you can blast out to the masses?

Dave,

I think it's fair to say that none of took the notes that you usually do.  Mine are sparse and chicken scratch.  I know Sheri recorded some of our conversation, but I'm sure I cursed, so let's not put that on the system.  

I think the Facebook post is a good idea as well.  We want as many possible volunteers to appear at the meeting.
